We're hiring an Investor Support Specialist to join our Operations team, dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for our investors. This role is all about connecting investor communication, operations, and teamwork.
You will serve as a key point of contact for investor requests, ensuring inquiries are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and speed. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of process end-to-end, improve workflows, and help scale our investor operations as the company grows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
- Review, process, and validate investor requests and documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate and track requests across teams (Operations, Finance, Client Success), ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Support the execution and confirmation of investment transaction within internal systems.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies in investor communications and transaction activity.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of investor requests or transaction details.
- Build and improve internal workflows and tools (e.g., ClickUp templates, trackers) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor request pipelines and proactively identify bottlenecks or delays in processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall investor experience and operational scalability.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, investor relations, client services, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused tone.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, ability to track and close loops across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, project management tools, or internal platforms.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in fintech, investment firms, private equity, or financial services.
- Familiarity with investor onboarding, capital calls, or subscription processes.
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to process improvement, workflow design, or operations scaling initiatives.
- Basic understanding or financial documents or investment structures.
