The Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and scale cloud-based systems and integrations across our product ecosystem.  

This is not a low-code implementation role or simple frontend feature work. We're looking for a technically strong engineer who can build reliable backend services, implement clean frontend components, and develop integrations that power real operational workflows. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Engineer, product and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that are used in production. 

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Build responsive, high-quality frontend components.
• Implement custom integration using APIs, webhooks, and event-based logic.
• Architect and maintain structured dara flows between systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. 
• Implement logging, error handling, retries, and monitoring for production reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and deployment processes. 
• Debug production issues and perform root cause analysis. 
• Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. 

 What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python with FastAPI or Flask, Node.js with Express/NestJS, or similar).
• Experience building APIs and service interfaces (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Experience working with databases and data storage systems (SQL and relational databases, or similar).
• Experience building frontend applications using React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, Svelte, or similar frameworks. 
• Experience consuming third-party APIs and building integrations.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and structured data flows. 
• Experience deploying and operating services in modern backend environments.
• Experience deploying services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with verson control (Git) and collaborative workflows. 
• Strong debugging and problem-solving.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Experience building integration layers between multiple systems.
• Experience working with CRM or operational platforms. 
• Experience working in startup or fast-scaling environments. 
• Experience with architecture documentation and system design practices.
