:briefcase: The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our in-office team in Aventura, Florida. This is a high-impact sales role designed for driven professionals with experience in FinTech, SaaS, Tech Sales, or Private Capital Raising. As a BDR, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, managing inbound leads, and driving conversations that convert into long-term client partnerships.

You’ll play a critical role in fueling IFT’s growth by connecting with decision-makers at leading financial firms and positioning IFT as their go-to technology partner.

:wrench: What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage new potential clients across real estate, fund managers, private equity, family offices, and venture-backed startups.
  • Qualify inbound leads, ensuring alignment with company offerings.
  • Conduct outreach to generate interest and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Understand prospective client needs and craft tailored presentations of IFT’s solutions.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
  • Work closely with Senior Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop proposals, refine messaging, campaigns, and client experience to guide prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas while building long-term client relationships.
  • Stay up to date with fintech trends, private capital markets, and the competitive landscape to position IFT effectively.

:white_check_mark: What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–4 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in SaaS, FinTech, finance, or private capital)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude; able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Coachable, data-driven, and excited to learn our solutions inside and out.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area (this is an in-office role).

    Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with consultative B2B sales and complex financial products.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and prospecting software (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach).
  • Knowledge of digital sales tools and outreach strategies.
