About the Role:
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to join our in-office team in Aventura, Florida. This is a high-impact sales role ideal for someone with experience in FinTech, SaaS, or Private Capital Markets who wants to grow in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, managing inbound interest, and driving conversations that convert into client partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage potential clients (issuers, fund managers, family offices, startups, etc.)

• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events

• Schedule and run discovery calls to understand client needs and pitch IFT solutions

• Work with senior management to develop proposals and guide prospects through the sales cycle

• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Keep CRM up to date with activities and pipeline stages

• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize the sales journey

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of sales or business development experience (preferably in SaaS, FinTech, finance, or private capital)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive without micromanagement

• Coachable, data-driven, and excited to learn our solutions inside and out

• Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area (this is an in-office role)
