We help funds, real estate sponsors, startups, and private firms manage investor relationships, stay compliant, and raise capital through a combination of technology and hands-on support.
This role sits within InvestorOps, our division dedicated exclusively to investor relations and capital raising. Through InvestorOps, we hire and train professionals who are embedded directly within one of our clients’ teams.

In this role, you’ll manage relationships with multiple US-based clients, acting as their main point of contact while overseeing account performance, coordinating internal execution, and ensuring strong results and long-term partnerships.

We’re hiring a Client Relationship Associate to manage and grow client relationships across a portfolio, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for their ongoing needs.

In this role, you’ll ensure clients receive exceptional service, proactive communication, and strong results through our Investor Relations support teams. You’ll manage multiple accounts, collaborate cross-functionally, and help strengthen long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities to add value.

:wrench: What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead recurring check-in calls, business reviews, and strategic touchpoints.
  • Understand client goals and align InvestorOps services to support their objectives.
  • Manage client requests, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience that fosters trust and satisfaction.

Account Management & Delivery

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring service excellence.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate execution and ensure successful delivery.
  • Track KPIs, outreach progress, campaigns, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with updates, insights, and performance reporting.
  • Proactively identify risks and help resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support account growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.

Strategic Partnership & Retention

  • Recommend improvements to client outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients internally.
  • Help strengthen long-term client retention and partnership growth.
  • Contribute ideas to improve client experience and service delivery processes.

:white_check_mark: What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, relationship management, or consultative sales.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor.
  • Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong ownership mentality.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in finance, real estate, fundraising, investor relations, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing client KPIs and account performance metrics.
  • Experience in consultative relationship management or strategic account growth.
  • Experience working in startup or fast-scaling environments.
  • Experience identifying upsell opportunities and supporting client retention strategies.
