The Role
We're hiring a CRM Technical Specialist to support, optimize, and scale the CRM systems that power our client and internal operations. This is not a basic CRM admin or data-entry role. We're looking for someone technically capable who understands workflows, automation logic, integrations, and data structure, someone who can toubleshoot issues, improve systems, and help maintain reliable operational infrastructure.
In this role, you will work closely with the CRM Lead, operations teams, and client-facing departments to ensure our CRM environments run efficiently and continue to scale with the business.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain CRM systems across multiple client and internal accounts.
- Build, update, and optimize workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, and calendars.
- Troubleshoot issues related to automation logic, integrations, records, and reporting.
- Assist with CRM snapshot/template creation and account deployments.
- Maintain clean data structures including tags, custom fields, stages, and records.
- Reduce manual work by improving automation and operational effiency.
- Support integrations using webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
- Document workflows, processes, and system changes.
- Collaborate with operations, client success, and leadership teams to solvide CRM needs.
- Escalate complex technical challenges while independently resolving day-to-day issues.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, pipelines, automations, and lifecycle stages.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues inside CRM systems.
- Experience managing data cleanliness, organization, and reporting accuracy.
- Comfortable learning new systems quickly and adapting tochanging priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with GoHighLevel (preferred).
- Experience using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, or third-party integrations.
- Experience in investor relations, real estate, finance, or private capital industries.
- Startup or fast-scaling company experience.
- Experience helping migrate or improve CRM systems.
