We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented student ready to start their career in the FinTech world. This role is the "memory" of our operations: you will ensure that every interaction with our investors is documented, tracked, and resolved.
 
:briefcase: The Role

As our Operations Intern, you will be at the heart of our ticketing and investor management systems. You will learn how a global fintech operates by managing real-time requests and ensuring our investor profiles are always up to date. This is a "hands-on" role where your accuracy directly impacts the quality of our service.

 
:jigsaw: What You’ll Do
  • Ticket Management: Handle and categorize incoming requests via Zendesk, ensuring timely responses and proper flow within our ticketing system.
  • Investor Traceability: Summarize closed tickets and create detailed internal notes in Tribexa to maintain a clear history of each investor’s journey.
  • Data Integrity: Perform quality checks on investor profiles to ensure all data is consistent and audit-ready.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Support teams to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.

Must-Haves:
  • MUST! Fluent English communication (written and spoken) - This position is 100% in English
  • Students in their final semesters of Business Administration, Finance or related fields (looking for a long-term career path)
  • Comfortable learning tools like Zendesk, ClickUp, and internal CRM platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and data organization tools
  • Analytical mindset and ability to spot inconsistencies or gaps
  • Dependable, proactive, and able to follow structured workflows
