Business Development Analyst (Sales)

AxisKey, a division of Industry FinTech, is the platform that helps real estate firms, private equity groups, and emerging fund managers modernize and structure their capital raising operations. By combining technology with a repeatable operational framework, AxisKey enables firms to operate with greater efficiency, credibility, and scalability. With teams in both Miami and Quito, we’re continuing to grow our Capital Platform team to support the expansion of the platform.
We’re hiring Business Development Analyst to join the AxisKey team. This role is responsible for driving new client adoption of the AxisKey platform by working directly with firms to understand how they currently raise capital and guiding them toward a more structured and scalable approach.
Rather than traditional product selling, this role focuses on leading structured conversations, identifying gaps in how firms operate, and advising them on how to improve their processes using AxisKey.
You’ll manage a pipeline of opportunities, guide firms through the decision-making process, and convert them into active platform users. Success in this role is defined by consistently onboarding new client accounts through a repeatable, high-quality approach.
This is a client-facing, performance-driven role where you’ll be expected to build trust, provide clear insights, and take ownership of driving new client adoption.
- Engage with potential clients (real estate firms, private equity groups, investment platforms)
- Lead structured discovery conversations to understand how they currently operate
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in their capital raising processes
- Position AxisKey as the system that enables those improvements
- Manage your pipeline and move opportunities through the decision process to sales team member
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, client success)
- Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management
- Continuously refine your approach based on results and feedback
- Take full ownership of performance and outcomes
- Create prospecting workflows to scale discovery conversations
Must-Haves:
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales (consultative or solution-based preferred) or Client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Ability to lead conversations and ask the right questions
- Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
