We help funds, real estate sponsors, startups, and private firms manage investor relationships, stay compliant, and raise capital through a combination of technology and hands-on support.
This role sits within InvestorOps, our division dedicated exclusively to investor relations and capital raising. Through InvestorOps, we hire and train professionals who are embedded directly within one of our clients’ teams.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Director of Investor Relations and internal InvestorOps teams, helping coordinate operations, manage internal workflows, track deliverables, and support the execution of key initiatives across the business.
The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist to support the investor onboarding process once investment deals are finalized.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring investors are onboarded smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. From collecting and reviewing documentation to tracking investment details and maintaining CRM records, you’ll help create an organized and seamless onboarding experience for both investors and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational environments, enjoys managing processes, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and organized.
- Manage the onboarding process for new investors after deals are closed
- Ensure subscription agreements, onboarding forms, and compliance documents are completed and properly signed
- Review investor documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate investor records within CRM and internal systems
- Track investment amounts, allocations, and projected returns
- Monitor onboarding workflows and follow up on pending action items
- Keep organized records of onboarding documentation and investor communications
- Support operational initiatives related to investor relations and capital raising activities
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and internal processes
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and operational tools
- Previous experience in operations, onboarding, compliance, administration, finance, or investor relations is preferred
- Experience working in fintech, private equity, venture capital, real estate, or financial services
- Familiarity with investor onboarding or compliance workflows
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Process improvement or operations optimization experience
- Experience working with international clients or remote teams
