As we bring our IT services in-house, we are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our growing team.
 
:desktop_computer: The Role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to work alongside our IT Specialist, maintaining the technical infrastructure for our teams in Ecuador and the U.S. Your role will be to execute daily IT processes: preparing equipment, managing user access, and helping resolve technical issues.

This is an ideal position for someone highly organized who enjoys following clear processes and wants to ensure the team has the tools they need to work without interruptions.

:male-technologist::female-technologist:What You’ll Do

Device Setup & Delivery

  • Assist the IT Specialist in preparing, configuring, and deploying laptops (both Mac and Windows).
  • Create and deactivate user accounts, set up emails in Microsoft 365, and manage app permissions.
  • Keep the hardware inventory and software licenses updated at all times.

Technical Support & Maintenance

  • Help resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for our global team.
  • Support the installation of security patches, software updates, and antivirus software across all company computers.
  • Assist with basic maintenance of office technology (routers, printers, meeting room screens).

Documentation & Processes

  • Maintain and update internal "how-to" guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Help coordinate equipment purchases or repairs with local vendors.
  • Ensure all information in ClickUp (or our tracking tools) is accurate and up to date.
 

:white_check_mark:What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Fluency in English is essential — you’ll work closely with U.S.-based clients and an international team.
  • Experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, admin portals, and license management
  • Familiarity with security tools, endpoint protection, and device monitoring
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and documentation habits
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Proactive attitude — you take ownership and prevent issues before they happen

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with MDM / unified endpoint management tools
  • Basic knowledge of networking and office connectivity
  • Experience supporting fast-moving remote teams
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools
  • Experience with security compliance or risk management
