:briefcase: The Role
We’re hiring a Fin/Ops Analyst to handle the financial, operational, and compliance processes behind our lending business. This is a highly analytical role for someone who enjoys living in spreadsheets, managing documentation, and making sure every process is accurate and on time.You won’t be in a heavy client-facing role — instead, you’ll focus on data, filings, and internal workflows that keep the business running.
 
:hammer_and_wrench: What You’ll Do
  • Collect, organize, and maintain loan, financial, and compliance documentation.
  • Handle and track regulatory filings across different U.S. states.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets and trackers for approvals, deadlines, and documentation status.
  • Review files for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Support internal reporting with financial and operational data.
  • Work closely with operations and legal teams on requirements and audits.
  • Document processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.

 

:white_check_mark: What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
  • Native or fully fluent English (written and spoken). This role works 100% in English.
  • Background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Legal Studies.
  • Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable working with legal/financial documents and structured processes.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in compliance, loan documentation, or regulated industries.
  • Legal or regulatory filing experience.
  • Familiarity with financial or lending environments.
