:briefcase: The Role
We’re hiring a Lending Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day operations of our lending workflows. You’ll be at the center of everything: tracking loans, following up on agreements, coordinating with partners, and making sure processes move smoothly across teams.This role is ideal for someone with experience in lending, fintech, or financial services, who’s comfortable working independently and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
 
:hammer_and_wrench: What You’ll Do
  • Run daily lending operations: applications, approvals, funding, and repayment follow-ups.
  • Track borrower activity, loan data, and operational KPIs.
  • Follow up on agreements and documents that need to be signed or renewed.
  • Communicate with borrowers to resolve issues or collect information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (tech, finance, compliance) and external partners (banks, vendors).
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for leadership.
  • Manage tasks and projects to improve workflows and processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational questions and escalations.

 

:white_check_mark: What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
  • Native or fully fluent English (written and spoken). This role works 100% in English.
  • Background in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience in lending operations, fintech, financial services, or client operations.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in consumer lending or loan servicing.
  • Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams.
