:briefcase: The Role
As our People Operations Analyst, you'll help build the people infrastructure that enables our teams and clients to grow. Working alongside the AxisPeople team, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, supporting the full employee lifecycle; from attracting exceptional talent and creating outstanding onboarding experiences to strengthening HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong company culture.

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, people-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

:jigsaw: What You'll Do
Attract Great Talent
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal and client positions.
  • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates in English and Spanish.
  • Coordinate interviews and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Support People Operations
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
  • Help ensure compliance with Ecuadorian labor law, IESS, SUT, and workplace health & safety (SST).
Build a Great Employee Experience
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture programs.
  • Assist with performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
  • Help improve HR processes, documentation, and day-to-day operations.
 
:white_check_mark: What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
  • Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or People Operations.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Solid knowledge of Ecuadorian Labor Law, including contracts, IESS, SUT, and employment regulations.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and HR administrative processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Occupational Health & Safety (SST).
  • Experience recruiting for U.S. or international positions.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms (Trakstar is a plus).
  • Experience supporting employee engagement or culture initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar tools.
