:briefcase: The Role

This isn’t a typical recruiting role.

As our HR & Recruiting Associate for Axis People, you will run the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our external clients in the United States. Axis People operates as a strategic staffing and recruitment agency, meaning you will manage diverse vacancies across multiple industries and business sectors in the U.S.

You will be the bridge between top-tier talent and our U.S. clients, managing everything from sourcing to deep competency interviews through Trakstar. Beyond international recruiting, you will play a key role in our local operations, utilizing your knowledge of Ecuadorian labor laws to support onboarding, contract management, and local HR administrative workflows.

If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoy managing multiple client requisitions, and want a dual role that combines international recruiting with local HR operations, this is for you.

  • Source, attract, and engage top U.S. candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced searches across various industries.

  • Conduct full English interviews to evaluate candidate experience, technical skills, communication style, and alignment with our U.S. clients' specific corporate cultures.

  • Manage candidates, stages, and workflows inside Trakstar (ATS), ensuring a flawless data trail and an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Coordinate interviews and maintain seamless communication between candidates, U.S. hiring managers, and corporate clients.

  • Prepare structured candidate shortlists, analytical interview notes, and executive summaries for client review.

  • Support internal and client onboarding processes, ensure proper documentation, and apply Ecuadorian labor legislation for local hiring structures, payroll inputs, and contract management.

  • Maintain organized, accurate, and compliant data across all HR, recruiting, and project management systems.
