Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include identifying revenue opportunities, Cross- collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, strategizing with leadership, managing data systems and creating dashboards via Pipedrive for effective reporting, enabling sales team with best practices.

 Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate and refine existing revenue operations processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and operations, to align on revenue goals and streamline workflows.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Support the sales team with data-driven insights, tools, and processes that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation, pipeline management, and customer acquisition efforts.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Lead the design and management of revenue-related dashboards and reports, providing insights to executive leadership and portfolio companies.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of revenue metrics, forecasts, and other critical business data.

Revenue Optimization:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across the firm and its portfolio companies.
  • Identify and analyze revenue drivers, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance business performance.

Experience:

  • Ideally degree educated with two plus years direct experience.
