Position: Investor Relations Specialist

We are seeking Investor Relations Specialists to join our team and help revolutionize private capital fundraising and investor management for our clients.

Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial role in scheduling calls with potential investors and managing ongoing communications working directly with our clients and their Investor Relations teams to help them expand their investor base.  Your efforts and professional commitment will be instrumental in allowing our clients to achieve success. We are looking for people from diverse backgrounds, whether in sales, customer support or finance who are passionate about building relationships. Although previous experience working with investors is not required, a commitment to customer service, effective communication, and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential.

Responsibilities:

 ·  Investor Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange and manage calls and meetings on behalf of our clients with potential investors who have expressed an interest in learning more about our client’s’ opportunities.

·  Ongoing Communications: Manage ongoing communication and updates with our client’s investor network through the investor management platform.

·  Team Collaboration: Work closely with our client’s Investor Relations team to ensure seamless communication and alignment on goals.

·  CRM Management: Update and maintain notes in the CRM platform for all investor interactions as well as create, track and manage required tasks.

Qualifications:

·  Strong Communication Skills: Passionate about communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

·  Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent task management capabilities; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·  Team Player: Enjoys working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.

·  Tech-Savvy & Continuous Improvement: Comfortable using modern technology and continuously seeking better ways to operate, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every task.

·  Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated with a drive to grow professionally and contribute to the overall success of the team.

 

Experience: No prior experience in investor relations is required—your passion for customer service and communication is what counts.
