Position Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them implement effective marketing strategies aligned with their goals. You will project manage the setup of their marketing programs, provide actionable insights through analytics, and deliver ongoing support to ensure long-term success. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding and Setup:
    • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Coordinate the setup of client marketing programs using the AXISKey platform.
    • Provide guidance on best practices for marketing strategies and campaign development.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure client marketing programs are launched successfully.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve issues.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor client campaign performance and provide detailed analytics reports.
    • Offer actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Ongoing Support:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client marketing inquiries and updates.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Innovation and Feedback:
    • Gather client feedback to improve platform features and marketing support services.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide clients with cutting-edge marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a client-facing role.
    • Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Go HighLevel, Google Analytics).
    • Knowledge of the capital markets or financial technology sector is a plus.
