We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help manage and grow the social presence of both our brand and our clients. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone who loves content creation, follows social media trends, and enjoys building stories across platforms.
You’ll support multiple accounts and help create content that drives engagement on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. You’ll work closely with our Head of Social and our Marketing team to bring our brand — and our clients’ brands — to life online.
 
:sparkles:What You’ll Do
  • Manage multiple social media accounts for Industry FinTech and our clients
  • Build and maintain content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
  • Write captions, design visuals, and create short-form videos using tools like Canva and CapCut
  • Use scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer to manage content pipelines
  • Track and report performance data, engagement rates, and audience insights
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their voice, brand, and goals
  • Research trends and suggest creative ways to stay relevant and increase engagement
  • Support community management by replying to comments or messages when needed
  • Propose and help execute collaborations with influencers or creators
  • Stay organized while managing multiple brands, calendars, and deadlines

 

:mag_right:What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent English is a must — both written and spoken. You’ll be working directly with U.S.-based clients and teams and writing content in English every day.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite)
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
  • Familiarity with AI content tools like ChatGPT, Copy.ai, or Jasper
  • Strong creative instincts and a good eye for design and tone
  • Basic understanding of finance or real estate content is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several accounts and deadlines at once
