We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to help onboard and manage client accounts across the U.S. This is a highly client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, answering questions, and supporting clients throughout their journey with Industry FinTech.You’ll be the main point of contact for a group of clients, helping them stay organized, informed, and supported every step of the way.This is an ideal role for someone who is tech-savvy, personable, and great at follow-up — similar to a traditional account manager, with a light operational twist.

- Onboard new clients and act as their main point of contact
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure their needs are met
- Respond to client questions and requests (mostly via email)
- Upload documents and manage information in client portals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Track tasks, follow up consistently, and keep everything organized
- Provide light reporting and updates to your team

- Fluent English — both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication
- Friendly, proactive, and highly organized
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning client-facing platforms
- Experience with CRMs or project/task management tools is a plus
- Previous experience in client success, account management, or customer support
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and communication habits
- Confident working directly with clients and managing multiple accounts at once
- Comfortable working remotely with U.S.-based teams
