:sparkles: About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to  manage client accounts across the U.S. This is a highly client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, answering questions, and supporting clients throughout their journey with Industry FinTech. You’ll be the main point of contact for a group of clients, helping them stay organized, informed, and supported every step of the way. This is an ideal role for someone who is tech-savvy, personable, and great at follow-up — similar to a traditional account manager, with a light operational twist.
 
:sparkles: What You’ll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their primary strategic partner.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Proactively address performance issues and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
  • Lead regular client check-ins and present performance insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in internal systems.
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities aligned with client goals.
  • Monitor account health and implement retention strategies for at-risk clients.

  • Fluent English — both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication
  • Friendly, proactive, and highly organized
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning client-facing platforms
  • Experience with CRMs or project/task management tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in client success, account management, or customer support
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and communication habits
  • Confident working directly with clients and managing multiple accounts at once
  • Comfortable working remotely with U.S.-based teams
