Role Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Investor Engagement Administrator to support our clients in scheduling meetings with their Investor Relations teams. You will be responsible for engaging with potential investors, guiding them through the scheduling process, and ensuring they are prepared for calls and meetings. Your ability to manage multiple interactions, track progress, and facilitate communication will be essential to ensuring that our clients successfully raise capital and build strong relationships with their investors. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Engage Investors: Connect with potential investors and guide them through our platform’s scheduling process, ensuring their experience is seamless.
  • Manage Meeting Logistics: Coordinate investor meetings—send reminders, confirm attendance, and manage all necessary details to ensure meetings run smoothly and on time.
  • Track and Organize: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of investor interactions in our CRM, ensuring a smooth flow of information and progress.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with our clients to support their investor relations and capital-raising initiatives.
  • Tech Support: Assist investors with troubleshooting any scheduling issues, ensuring they have all the resources they need to connect with the right opportunities.

 

Qualifications & Skills:  

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.  
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer relations, or investor engagement is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and messaging platforms.  
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
