:round_pushpin: About the Role
 We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Client Success team. This is an entry-level, client-facing role that serves as a launchpad to becoming an Account Executive within 6 months. You’ll be responsible for managing warm inbound leads from advertising campaigns, scheduling intro calls, preparing proposals and order forms, and supporting the sales pipeline from first touch to handoff.
This role is ideal for someone organized, people-oriented, and eager to grow in sales—no cold calling required, and no prior sales experience needed if you show strong potential.

:bar_chart: What You’ll Do
  • Follow up with inbound leads to schedule intro calls with Account Executives
  • Send proposals, presentations, and order forms to potential clients
  • Schedule demos and support client-facing calendar coordination
  • Keep all activity organized in our CRM (we’ll train you—super user-friendly!)
  • Ensure no lead falls through the cracks and help move deals forward
  • Support the Client Success and Sales teams with additional admin tasks as needed

  • Excellent written and spoken English (you’ll be interacting with U.S. clients daily)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple accounts
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, service-first mindset
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning CRM systems and workflow tools
  • Previous experience in admin, support, or client-facing roles is a plus—but not required
  • Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role and take on more responsibility over time
