:dart: About the Role
We're looking for a creative and systems-oriented Content Creator & Producer who is passionate about producing high-quality video content and streamlining video production workflows. This role blends creativity with technical expertise, focusing on both internal marketing initiatives and client projects. You’ll be responsible for producing videos, optimizing content for multiple platforms, and implementing AI tools to help scale production.
 
:sparkles: What You'll Do
  • Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for internal marketing efforts and client projects, including deal overviews, founder videos, and short-form social media content.
  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, interviews) into engaging short-form videos using tools like Descript, Opus Clip, or Pictory.
  • Implement AI tools for content creation, such as generating UGC-style videos, sourcing B-roll, and auto-captioning videos.
  • Manage content production workflows, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Coordinate and execute content shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, and on-set direction, ensuring smooth production processes.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all content produced, maintaining a cohesive visual identity for IFT and client materials.
  • Collaborate with the Social team to monitor content performance and optimize videos for engagement, ensuring maximum reach across platforms.
  • Organize and maintain a video content library, ensuring easy access to assets for future use and repurposing.
  • Stay up to date with trends in video production, AI tools, and social media platforms to create cutting-edge content.
  • Create and manage content production and workflows, enabling efficient processes for internal teams and clients.
:mag: What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in video production or content creation, preferably in high-growth startups, agencies, or fintech.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Final Cut, Premiere, Descript, Opus Clip, etc.) and familiarity with AI-driven tools for video creation.
  • Creative Skills: Strong understanding of what works in short-form video content on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with both internal teams and clients.
