Position Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Engagement Manager dedicated to supporting our clients' social media initiatives, enhancing online presence, and fostering trust with their audiences. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop, manage, and engage with their social media communities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for fintech, private capital markets, and investor relations, as well as experience in social media strategy and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance clients' online presence and credibility in private capital and investor communities.
  • Manage and grow clients' social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), driving engagement through meaningful content, timely responses, and proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and craft tailored social media plans, ensuring consistency with Industry FinTech's standards of trust and transparency.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to clients to help refine their digital engagement strategies.
  • Stay current with social media trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory developments in private capital, positioning clients as thought leaders.
  • Support Industry FinTech's overarching social media strategy to amplify client success stories, industry insights, and IFT AXIS platform updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or customer engagement, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of private capital markets, investor relations, and industry compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
